With over a decade of experience supporting more than 450 families on their dementia journey, Amy recognizes that each situation requires a customized approach. Daily living circumstances can vary significantly from one family to another, and generic advice often falls short in addressing individual struggles. Amy understands that families need specific guidance on navigating the complex changes that accompany dementia.

Working with Amy begins with an initial consultation, where she will take the time to understand your family’s unique situation and your family's situation. This allows her to provide an educational framework that validates your experiences and provides clarity. Ongoing support will further assist you in anticipating what lies ahead, including preparation for the end of your loved one’s dementia journey.

Bringing her extensive background in palliative and hospice care to the forefront, Amy offers compassionate guidance that alleviates caregiver strain and frustration, ensuring the well-being of both caregivers and patients. With Amy by your side, you can find the support you need during this challenging time.

Amy's services start at $750 for an initial consultation, care plan, and follow-up visit. Established family follow-up visits are $150 per hour. Family dementia consulting is non-medical care. At this time, Amy does not bill Medicare, Medicaid, or insurance.
